New Salve

Our first salve was an all-around healer. Jewel weed, plantain, rosemary, lavender, chamomile, calendula, tea tree, frankincense, coconut oil.. just to name a few ingredients.
We use this for dry skin and every cut, scrape, abrasion, and bruise. We have received wonderful testimonies of such great results with psoriasis, and eczema. We didn’t dream it would be so wonderful!
But what to do with muscle pain? Sprain? Pull? Or just plain sore? I had been suffering from a finger injury I had gotten from catching sheep ( yes, I know, you can laugh) and from some weird elbow strain.

So we tried a Complete Tissue mix containing black walnut hulls, marshmallow root, white oak bark, and many other excellent herbs.
This is jar of herbs after infusing the oil                     After straining the oil we melted some beeswax

And added it to the oil. Not too much... don't want the salve too hard. Then poured it into jars.

So simple! This salve turned out to be much dark due to the black walnut hulls.
And already I am feeling some relief! Be sure to look for this salve at our retail carriers!
